The sales manager is the person with primary responsibility in driving sales and supporting sales. Is a person who creates an important bridge between the Board of Directors of the Company and sales staff to implement business strategies and solutions in the short and medium term.

With the ability to analyze business, connect and communicate as well as inspire you employees, the sales manager will be an indispensable person in the organization and operating the company's business.


- Make short, medium and long-term business plans according to the company's goals and strategies.

- Organize, operate and implement the work to meet the target and requirements including but not limited to: Marketing, research, market exploration ...

- Recruiting, building, training and developing human resources.

- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with customers.

- Research market, competitors, products and propose business strategies, development plans in each period.

- Encourage, motivate, manage, supervise, urge and guide employees to comply with work schedule.

- Support sales staff in negotiating and dealing with customers.

- Make periodic or ad hoc reports.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Leader.
